Problem/objective

The company aimed to expand its presence across multiple states in India, necessitating substantial funding to support this growth initiative. 

Advisory:

Initially, the company management planned a Follow-on Public Offer (FPO). However, after a thorough analysis of the company’s expansion strategy, growth plans, timeline, and financial requirements, the IEP advisory team recommended an alternative approach.

We suggested raising approximately 20 Cr through a preferential warrant route, with a clear plan to convert these warrants into fully paid-up shares within three months, thereby fueling the company’s growth ambitions efficiently.
